Lindsay Tremblay is a doctoral researcher with a 20-year career in organizational and clinical settings. Her current research examines the intersection of contemplative practices with psychological healing, resilience, and agency in complex social, political, and personal contexts. She is the co-creator of a digital nonattachment-based intervention for post-traumatic stress, publishing primarily in the academic arena in both qualitative and quantitative research on contemplative approaches to trauma and wellbeing. She is passionate about finding new lenses through which to view the world, mindful that one size cannot fit all.
